Refund & Return Policy

At Restful Relaxation, we are committed to providing high-quality medical and veterinary equipment. Due to the nature of certain products, specific return conditions apply. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

Oxygen Concentrator Return Policy (IMPORTANT)

Due to hygiene, safety, and manufacturer restrictions, all oxygen concentrator sales are final.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once an oxygen concentrator has been shipped except in cases of:

  • Verified shipping damage
  • Manufacturer-confirmed defects
  • Fulfillment errors resulting in shipment of the wrong product

Oxygen concentrators are NOT eligible for return, exchange or refund if:

  • The package has been opened
  • The unit has been powered on
  • The device has been used, tested, or operated
  • Original packaging, accessories, or seals have been opened or altered

We strongly encourage customers to review all product specifications carefully and contact our support team prior to purchase to ensure the correct product is selected.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your oxygen concentrator or other product arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Or you received the wrong item

Customers may be required to provide photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage to support a claim. 

You must contact us within 48 hours of carrier-confirmed delivery at support@restfulrelaxation.com

Once verified, we will:

  • Assist with a replacement, or
  • Facilitate a manufacturer warranty claim where applicable

Failure to report issues within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

This policy is consistent with manufacturer requirements and industry standards for medical equipment.

 

Warranty Support

All products sold by Restful Relaxation are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which vary by product.

If your device requires service during the warranty period:

  • We will assist in coordinating warranty support with the manufacturer
  • The manufacturer will determine eligibility for repair or replacement

If the device is outside the warranty period, the manufacturer may charge a diagnostic or repair fee, which is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns for Non-Medical Products

For products other than oxygen concentrators and medical devices:

  • Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

All return requests must be approved by Restful Relaxation prior to shipment of the returned item.

Restful Relaxation reserves the right to deny returns for items that show signs of use or damage.

 

Exchange Policy

At Restful Relaxation, we understand that customers may occasionally order the wrong product or require a different item. To maintain product quality, safety, and compliance standards, exchanges are subject to the following conditions.

Eligible products may be exchanged within fourteen (14) days of delivery provided that:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, documentation, and included components.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.
  • The exchange request is approved by Restful Relaxation prior to return.

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Oxygen  concentrators and respiratory therapy devices.
  • Opened, used, installed, or altered medical equipment. 
  • Products that are hygiene-sensitive or intended for patient use.
  • Custom-order, special-order, or made-to-order products.
  • Clearance, closeout, or final-sale items.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, misuse, or missing components.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with approved exchanges unless the exchange is required due to a shipping error, defective product, or an error on the part of  Restful Relaxation. 

All exchanged items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Restful Relaxation reserves the right to deny an exchange request if the returned product does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact 📧 support@restfulrelaxation.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery so that we can assist with a replacement or other appropriate resolution. 

International Orders

For international shipments (outside the United States):

  • Customers may have statutory cancellation rights only if the item remains unopened and unused
  • Once opened or used, medical equipment including oxygen concentrators is not eligible for return due to safety regulations

Return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Refund Processing

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take up to 10 business days after inspection
  • Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund

Unauthorized Returns

Items returned without prior authorization from Restful Relaxation, or that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. 

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting 📧 support@restfulrelaxation.com.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the terms of this Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy.

Custom-order, special-order, and made-to-order products may not be canceled once processing has begun. 

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Restful Relaxation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, inability to use, or performance of any product sold through our website.

The sole remedy available to the customer shall be limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price, as determined by Restful Relaxation and any applicable manufacturer warranty.
