Shipping Promotions
We offer free shipping on select products during promotional periods only.
Free shipping eligibility will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
All other products may incur shipping charges based on size, weight, destination, and carrier rates.

Order Processing & Shipping Times
Domestic Orders (United States)
Standard equipment: Estimated delivery is approximately 2 weeks from order placement.
OxyGo products: Typically ships within 1–2 business days. Delivery generally takes an additional 1–2 business days, depending on destination. Tracking is provided after dispatch. OxyGo orders ship via FedEx or DHL.
These are domestic delivery estimates, not guarantees. Special-order configurations and freight delivery appointments may take longer.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If your shipment is:

• Or delayed beyond reasonable carrier timelines
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@restfulrelaxation.com.
We will assist in:
• Filing a claim with the carrier
• Coordinating a replacement where applicable
Carrier investigations may be required before a replacement can be issued.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier:
• Responsibility transfers to the recipient
• Restful Relaxation is not responsible for theft, misdelivery, or unattended packages
